Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, used, or worn.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yovixshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

2. Unopened Products

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval by our customer service team.

Returned items must be:
• Unopened and unused
• In original packaging

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

4. Shipping & Return Costs
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
• If the return is caused by a product issue (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by us.
• If the return is due to personal reasons, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain and discreet packaging to protect customer privacy.
